Pale blue on unwatermarked paper, perforated 13 with wing margin tied by Tumut, 47" numeral with MATHOURA AU 12 1872 NSW" cds adjacent also bearing Victoria, 28th July 1871, 2d. Dull lilac-mauve, perforated 12, horizontal strip of three tied by Melbourne, 1 numeral on piece of cover to England. NONE except some insignificant pinholes in Victoria strip. Can be seen in a book by John White called: "The Postal History of New South Wales 1788- 1901", p.
