EXTREMELY RARE- Charlie bears Bogart. Limited edition 30 of 350 worldwide. FROM THE LEADING LIGHTS SERIES in the 2017 Isabelle collection. Designed by Isabelle Lee, co-designed by Charlotte Morris.

Bogart is named after Humphrey Bogart, who was an American screen and stage actor, best known for his role in Casablanca, which made him an icon. One of his most famous quotes from this film is "Here's looking at you kid" but a common myth is that he also said "Play it again, Sam" for the song'As time goes by' but the phrase was actually You played it for her, you can play it for me!! Bogart is made from a rich honey coloured curly mohair, with lots of dark brown tipping and he no has a little tufted bib. His cute face has been trimmed a little to show his soulful eyes and deep brown hand-stitched nose, which also has some "repair style" embroidery, to help create his character. His honey suedette paws have brown stitched claws and he is accessorised with a vintage key on a beaded necklace. This is a collectors item and not suitable for under 14 years of age. Stored only in smoke free home. My bears are at the lowest price I can sell for.
