The storyline behind these unreleased beanies / ski masks is that in the Fall / Winter Season Of Supreme of 2016 (FW16) they had removed these face mask beanies from their preview. Phillips 66 is a petroleum company and the logo you see on these beanies is their own logo, however Supreme used it and wrote Supreme 66 jnstead. Besides that I've never seen anyone else with these.
