Extremely Rare 1990s MTV Europe / MTV Europe Music Awards Watch - Staff-Issued Collectable. Incredibly rare MTV watch, given to me personally while I was working at MTV Europe between 1988 and 2000. This was issued in the mid-1990s in connection with the MTV Europe Music Awards, which launched in 1994 and quickly became one of MTV Europe's flagship events.

Very little information appears to exist online about this watch, suggesting it was likely produced in very limited numbers, possibly for staff, production, promotional or internal MTV use rather than general retail sale. A superb piece of original 1990s MTV memorabilia, with direct provenance from a former MTV Europe producer/director. Vintage MTV watches do appear occasionally, but MTV Europe Awards-related examples seem particularly scarce.
